There is no question that President Apprentice Trump is facing many criminal legal challenges. As of January 20th, 2021 at 12:01 PM EST, Trump’s Executive Privilege evaporated. That has been the only defense he used in all of the investigations into his illegality.

We all know that Trump has been a privileged and entitled scofflaw his entire life, starting with his father sending him to military school after he discovered his collection of illegal switchblades. There are many documented cases in which Trump has been found culpable of illegality:

1975 - The Justice Department sued Trump for violations of the Fair Housing Act. It was Trump’s first job out of college as President of his dad’s company. Trump lost. Settlement terms were sealed.

CONSENT ORDER

CIS:HAB:ec UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
   F. # EASTERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

FRED C. TRUMP, DONALD TRUMP and TRUMP MANAGEMENT, INC.,

    Defendants.

1988 - The Justice Department sued Trump for stock fraud and anti-trust violations in an attempted takeover of Holiday Corporation and Bally Manufacturing Corporation. Trump paid a $750,000 fine.

1991 - Trump Plaza was fined $200K for civil rights violations, removing African American and female employees from craps tables to accommodate Gotti Mob Associate Robert LiButti.

1991 - Trump Casino was found guilty of money laundering when Daddy Fred Christ Trump bought $3.5 million in chips to help save the failing casino.

1998 - Trump Hotels and Casino paid a $477K fine to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network for money laundering violations. The fine was raised to $10 million as 103 additional counts of money laundering were discovered. No additional payments were made because it was the last straw throwing Trump’s casino into bankruptcy.

2008 - Alan Lapidus, Trump’s long-time architect:

“He [Trump] could not get anybody in the United States to lend him anything. It was all coming out of Russia. His involvement with Russia was deeper than he’s acknowledged.”

2013 - Trump was fined $2,500 for making an illegal campaign contribution to Pam Bondi, who dropped the Trump University investigation 30 days after receiving the contribution. The fine did not involve the quid-pro-quo payments to stop the investigation.

2018 - The fraudulent Trump Foundation was ordered by the court to shut down and ordered by the court to pay millions in fines and restitution for:

"… a shocking pattern of illegality… functioning as little more than a checkbook to serve Mr. Trump’s business and political interests… Mr. Trump alone made all of the decisions related to the Foundation."— Former NY Attorney General Underwood.

Those are already water under the bridge and Trump has escaped the law. Additional DailyKos articles will address the individual infractions of the Trump Foundation and Trump’s illegal activities as President Apprentice.

When things get legally dicey, will Trump self-exile to Moscow?
